Kevin D. Dempsey

  • Began his real estate career with by winning the “Rookie of the Year” title in 2005.
  • Continued his success as a Multi-million Dollar Producer in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
  • Has received many awards and accolades for his exceptional service. Even more important than the company awards, Kevin is most proud of the many referrals and testimonials he receives from his “more than satisfied” customers.
  • Prior to 2005, Kevin invested 17 years in Electronics and Information Technology (the area of his education and degree).  This experience gives Kevin cutting-edge knowledge in internet marketing – one of the fastest growing real estate tools today.
  • Demonstrates his commitment to the community as a proud member of the Chandler Rotary. 

Teresa C. Dempsey

  • Has dedicated the last 25 years to real estate administration, sales, marketing and management in the Metro Phoenix area.

  • Worked as a real estate paralegal in the early 1990's (the area of her education and degree) with Phoenix law firms Graham & Associates and Mariscal, Weeks, McIntrye & Friedlander.

  • Became a top-producing/award-winning new home sales counselor from 1995 - 2002.

  • Received the "Lifetime Achievement Award" from the Home Builder's Association of Central Arizona for reaching over $50 Million in sales.

  • Transitioned into management in 2002 - Served 6 years as the Sales Manager, Designated Broker and Assistant Vice-President of a major home builder in Phoenix.

  • Joined Kevin in his successful real estate business in 2008!

 

The Dempsey Duo

Kevin and Teresa were married in 1989, they have built and purchased numerous homes in the Southeast Valley and confess their passion for real estate began early in their marriage. They are proud parents of a 12 year-old daughter.
